Shoptoolsindia will allow return/exchange of products in following cases:
1)Wrong order (wrong product or material related issues)
4)Product different from the description
But we are not able to accept returns in following cases:
1) Product is used/worn or altered
2) Physical damage to the box or to the product
3) If returned without original packaging and accessories
4) If sealed package of branded products is open
In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
1) Product must be in its original condition
2) Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
3) The complaint should be raised within maximum 5 days after receiving the product.
4) Replacements will be made if product is available on website or else we’ll refund the amount.

1)Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
3)Restriction on quantity ordered
4)Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
5)Incomplete or inaccurate address
In case, customer opted for COD options, then before accepting order we require additional information from customer for verification. After verification, Shoptoolsindia can cancel order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by customer.
